Our verdict
NectarFi does a good job turning stablecoins into something you can actually live on, not just trade. Virtual USD and EUR accounts mean a freelancer in Lagos or Nairobi can get paid by a client abroad and see the money land as spendable balance in minutes, and the Trust Score is a smart idea for anyone locked out of traditional credit because they never had a bank history to show for it. Running on Solana keeps fees low enough that sending money to family doesn't eat itself alive in charges, and having savings, investing, and payments in one app beats juggling five different services. Where it falls short is transparency on the numbers: there's no fixed fee schedule published anywhere, so you're trusting the app to show you the real cost before you move real money, and as a young company with a small pre-seed raise, it hasn't had the years of stress-testing that older platforms have. This one is worth trying if you're a freelancer, remote worker, or someone sending money across borders regularly, but go in with amounts you're comfortable losing until you've watched it work for a few months.

Exploit Update
Thank you to everyone for their support and patience so far as we work through our exploit from Friday, 11th of September
We have now identified the probable cause of the incident, and it is related to a piece of malware and a social engineering campaign from a team posing as investors - they are still active and have been reported to X
The malware sat silent until last week, before waking up and hacking several wallets both Dominion and Personal wallets, draining every one as well as breaking into our multi-sig and dumping over 42,000 SILV tokens - $2.75m
They dumped the tokens into a thin liquidity book, caused the depeg, unwound lending positions, and led to trading chaos
Thankfully, they got no access to our mint function!
Over the last few days, we have engaged with several forensic and security firms and have now reported the complaint to IC3 to get it in front of the FBI
This is an ongoing and constantly changing situation. We will have a token update in the next 2 hours for everyone.
I urge everyone to avoid links and impersonators, and know we have no intention of deploying a new contract.
